Presentation Ideas

For my final piece I am thinking of having an installation, using an armchair and harsh clinical lighting. This is to represent a therapy office in which it is common for someone who suffers from a mental health condition to go for help. My photographs will then be on the wall either as a collage, to represent the chaos, or in straight lines to present a mental illness such as OCD, therefore incorporating the style of John William Keedy.

Armchair:

I am thinking of using a leather armchair to represent one in a therapy office.

The armchair will be surrounded by white wood to represent the walls.

I am then going to present my images behind the armchair, possibly nailing them into the wall.

The pictures are either going to be torn and burnt and presented as a collage  OR

in a neat line to represent OCD.

Possibly scratch words into the wall or paint them on in the style of Chelsea Page. The words would represent the inner feelings of someone with a mental illness.

Collage-Mock-Up

I printed out my final selection and experimented with presenting them in the form of a collage. I decided to do this just so I had an idea of what my final images would look like together and whether or not a collage is the form in which I want to present my images.
